HR Business Partner

Energy company located in the west side of sg is looking for a HR Business Partner to join their expanding department.


  • Partner with business leaders to understand business needs and translate into action plans to support business growth.
  • Support managers and employees by providing advices and recommendations, and supporting implementation when necessary.
  • Work with global and regional C&B teams to support the implementation of key compensation initiatives and processes
  • Counsel managers on employee relations issues and challenges
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition (TA) teams in the region to ensure that talent is hired to meet the organization's  requirements.
  • Works with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, facilitating scoping sessions with TA
  • Work with Global Mobility on cost estimates for international assignees, and  on the relocation
  • Compliance with all applicable country employment related laws and regulations and corporate polices
  • Lead and manage assigned global, regional and country HR projects.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of HR Business Partner & HR Management capacity.
  • Strong knowledge in HR principles, practices and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work well in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
