Defining primary objectives


Working as a team with the client, we maintain close and consistent communication during the search process. Our methodology requires a commitment of time on the part from us and our client to spend meaningful time at the beginning of each search assignment, discussing with our client their management philosophy, the corporate culture and the specifications for the position...all in order to better define the type of candidate desired


Developing a target list / hot list


Touch all possible prospects and sources , we have accurately and completely identified the personal characteristics and experience requirements of the successful candidate.


Determining research targets and sourcing contacts


We bring to bear the extensive network contained in our proprietary database: a database that includes key executives in their field of expertise by their positions, could identify other candidates; a database that includes potential candidates who have met the requirements established by Aeon Search Consulting , and finally, a database that includes industry-competitive companies and their key personnel. This methodology ensures we identify and build relationships with the best candidates in the market rather than just qualifying by resume as candidates surface.


Designated qualified candidates -  (Identify/Interview/Present)


Through resultive database querying, selective inquiry and source contacts, we further identifying critical factors with those candidates such as compensation, relocation and personal expectations to determine continued interest. Personal interviews are conducted with candidates and preliminary reference checks are also initiated.


Directing appropriate clients/ candidates interviews


Aeon Search Consulting will schedule a mutually convenient interview session between the client and each candidate handling, where applicable, confirmation of interview itineraries to the candidate, travel arrangements for client and/or candidate, reimbursements for travel, and finally, follow up calls to the candidate and client for feedback. Critical to the interview process is the feedback provided. It becomes a guage for the client to ensure that Aeon has indeed, defining the most qualified candidates and, in turn, the candidate continues to gauge his/her level of interest in both the position and the company.
